Hummus

(makes about 3 cups)

2 cups cooked or canned garbanzo beans, drained

2/3 cup tahini

3/4 cup lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, peeled

Salt and pepper to taste

Place the garbanzo beans, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Ranch Dressing

2 C Mayonnaise

2 C Sour cream (Or plain Yogurt)

2 t Ground Pepper

2 t Garlic powder

2 t Dill Weed

1/2 Milk*

In a medium sized bowl that can fit a lid, mix everything together with a wire whisk, otherwise there will be lumps.
