Cocoa Continental

2 TBS. cocoa

3 TBS. sugar

1/8 tsp. salt

1/2 c. hot water

2 c. milk (fake or real)

Mix cocoa, sugar, salt and water together in a sauce pan. Bring to boil over low heat and boil two minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in milk. Heat over low heat- do not boil. Makes 4 servings.

Smoothie

7 bananas

One 13.5 oz can cocoa nut milk

1 gallon orange juice in pitcher

Drink 2 ‘big’ cups of orange juice (to make room for everything else).

In a blender, blend cocoa nut milk and bananas with a little bit of the orange juice. Pour the mix into the pitcher of juice and stir.

Chai Tea Dry Powder Mix

1 cup powdered milk

2 cups creamer

2 1/2 cups sugar

1 1/2 cups dry unsweetened iced tea mix

2 tsp. ginger

2 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. cloves

Mix together and, half the mix at a time, blend in a blender/food processor until a fine powder. Use 2-3 teaspoon fulls per cup of boiling water. Makes 2 quarts.
